EB1/NIW Processing Times

There are two USCIS Service Center which handle EB1 and NIW processing, Nebraska (NSC) and Texas (TSC). Both the NSC and the TSC are currently projecting 4 month processing. In our experience over the past 24 months, the vast majority of our cases are approved in 2-3 months with some as fast as 3-5 weeks.
